00019 - 🇳🇱 DSI, (Dienst Speciale Interventies; English: Special Interventions Service) is the elite police tactical unit of the Dutch National Police Corps. In total, the DSI consists of about 450 people, both police officers and military personnel. The unit is unique in that it is a mixed unit consisting of both law enforcement and military personnel. Its main tasks are neutralizing terror threats and arresting armed suspects.
