HOW AND WHERE ARE THE PRODUCT MADE?

Our strategic partner has shipped over 50 million items using the very same process we offer at ARMY WARHOG. Each item we sell is made to order using the most advanced permanent print on demand technologies.  The printed fabric is then cut and sewn in one of our facilities by experts.  Our main facilities are in California and South Carolina with additional manufacturing capabilities in Europe, Canada, Australia and Mexico.

PRODUCT CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options. We use high-quality inks that won't fade for a long time if taken care of properly.


Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the DTG printing process. So we suggest following the care instructions on this page to learn how to take care of your printed garments properly.


Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.


Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

Please keep your order tag that comes with your shipment. It has a REPORT ID on it and will be needed to help seed up any quality control issues.  If you do have a quality issue with any product within 30 days please email armywarhog@gmail.com to submit photos of the issue and we will work to get it resolved.  We have great reviews because we care!

SIZING

Please refer to the sizing charts located under the descriptions. All of our products fit to most United States sizing standards. If you prefer clothing a little more loose then go up a size. Please use the same sizing methods you apply to other American made brands while referring to our sizing charts. 


NOTE: We do not take exchanges on product sizing issues as each item is made to order.  We will work with you on a discount to assist in correct replacement sizing, just contact us.

HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: USA: 3–4 business days Europe: 6–8 business days Australia: 2–14 business days Japan: 4–8 business days International: 10–20 business days

WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

Our main facilities are located in California and South Carolina with additional manufacturing capabilities in Europe, Canada, Australia and Mexico.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FOR MY ORDER?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
